Legal Disclaimer

Standard language is pre-filled below. Edit to match your organization's counsel-approved wording — this text is included verbatim on its own page in every generated report.

Step 04

Introduction to Vulnerability Assessments

General-purpose orientation text for stakeholders unfamiliar with vulnerability assessments, plus the Mission & Scope statement that defines exactly what this assessment covers. The priority-rating legend defined here is referenced later in the Conclusion.

Why this assessment was performed and whose interest it serves.

What this assessment covers — and explicitly does not — in general terms.

Step 05

Assessment Categories

Uncheck any category that doesn't apply to this residence, or add a custom one. Each category is narrative-only — observations and recommendations in plain language, with an overall priority used to build the Conclusion summary table.

Step 06

Other Security Recommendations

Cross-cutting observations that don't belong to a single category — policy gaps, training needs, budget-phased items, etc.

Step 07

Full Conclusion

Summarize overall risk posture and closing remarks. The priority table below is generated automatically from the ratings set on each category in Step 05.

Step 08

Appendices

Attach blueprints, floor plans, or diagrams, and list any references or exhibits cited in the report.

Step 09

Design & Typography

Control the look of the generated report. "Report-Wide" settings apply to body text throughout every section; "Title Page" settings apply only to the property name and subtitle on the cover.

Applies to the property name and address on the cover page.

Step 10

Save & Resume

Nothing is stored automatically — this tool keeps no server or browser storage. Save your progress to a file you keep (local drive, shared folder, etc.) and load it later to pick up where you left off, on this or any other computer.

Choose which details appear in the file name, in order, and how they're separated. This same name is also suggested when you print/save the final report as a PDF.

Save Progress downloads a .json file containing every field, photo, and category entered so far. Load Progress restores it exactly.
